Senior Software Engineer

About the Role

Seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a fast-paced engineering team. You’ll bridge the gap between a leading SaaS platform and the technical needs of large enterprise prospects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise prospects to analyse architecture, identify challenges, and define integration requirements.
• Rapidly prototype and deliver production-ready code to support sales cycles—landing new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer success teams to remove technical barriers and design scalable solutions.
• Lead technical deep-dives, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions with customer engineers and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integration templates, demo assets, and technical artifacts for the commercial team.
• Occasionally contribute code to production systems or pair with engineers on strategic customer onboarding.
• Act as the technical authority during sales engagements—credible with CTOs, procurement teams, and engineers.

Required Experience & Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on fullstack development using Node.js, React, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Excellent blend of technical expertise and commercial judgment—able to operate in pre-sales, prototyping, and light production environments.
• Exceptional communication skills—confident in sales pitches, architecture discussions, and live demos.
• Proven experience working with large, complex enterprise customers in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to balance speed and quality—delivering high-standard code efficiently.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of autonomy, while aligning tightly with Engineering, Sales, and leadership teams.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with SSO, SCIM, HRIS, L&D systems, or other enterprise middleware.
• Exposure to designing solutions for security-sensitive or compliance-focused customers.
