React Software Engineer

Location: Belfast or London (hybrid flexibility)

What You'll Do

• Design, build, test, and maintain modern, high‑performance React applications (covering ES6+, Redux, React Router, Next.js, React Query, or similar).
• Develop mobile‑first, responsive UIs with clean, scalable, and secure code.
• Work across the stack, integrating with REST APIs and backend services.
• Estimate effort, scope technical designs, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Mentor and share knowledge with team members while learning new technologies.

What We're Looking For

• Strong React experience, plus familiarity with at least 3 of: Vanilla JS (ES6+), Redux, React Router, TanStack, Next.js, React Query, React Native, TypeScript.
• Solid testing background and attention to performance, security, and accessibility.
• Excellent communicator who can articulate technical concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑starter with a tenacious, problem-solving mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Vue/Nuxt, AWS/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable scoping solutions from customer specs, balancing technical and user needs.
