Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will:
Recruitment
- Maintain contact with prospective new starters from offer through to joining F1
- .Raise new starter forms, ensuring appropriate authorisation is recorded
- .Create job files, file interview notes and generally keep them in order; to also destroy details after 12 months in line with our Candidate Privacy Notice
- .Create job descriptions in line with template, competency framework and F1 agreed format
- .Ensure personal files by setting files up with all relevant information before employee starts
.Welfar
- eSupport and advise on staff absence, ensuring process is followed and Workday absence is recorded by the manager
- .Carry out welfare meetings, provide support, take notes and follow up where appropriate
.Trainin
- gSupport HR Business Partner with training needs analysis meetings with managers and collecting the relevant data to submit to the talent team
.
Manage new starter proce
- ssDraft contracts of employment and send with all new starter / onboarding paperwor
- k.Follow extensive new starter procedure
- s.Enter new start details onto Workda
- y.Ensure all paperwork is given to payroll as soon as received from the new starte
- r.Carry out new starter inductions and ensure there is new starter paperwork read
- y.Ensure all new starter paperwork in received/chased where appropriat

Leavers Proc
- essWrite and confirm acceptance of resignation ensuring exit interview is offer
- ed.Raise Leavers Form and update Workd
- ay.Calculate leaver’s entitlements for payro
- ll.Ensure payroll is advised in a timely mann
- er.Archive leaver files on a quarterly bas

Performance Managem
- ent Provide advise and guidance to managers on probationary period revi
- ews.Write and confirm completion/extension with employee and advise of benefits where appropri
- ate.Log any disciplinary sanctions on Workday and remove once expi
- red.Support HR Business Partner as required on performance related mat
ters
- OtherMaintain HR Tracker, for the purposes of accurate monthly statistics, including turnover, average time to hire
- etc.Diarise fixed term contract end dates 6 weeks in advance and confirm if the contract will be renewed or
- not.Administer Maternity, Paternity, Shared Parental leave process. Including making sure monthly newsletter goes to those who would like to maintain contact during their abs
- ence.Complete employment references for leavers (check if we have agreed an enhanced reference upon leav
- ing).Act as HR Rep and note-taker in disciplinary/grievance meet
- ings.Contribute to HR projects, including updating of policies and procedures and improving HR systems
- etc.Provide support to other team members during busy periods or abs
- ence.Proactively maintain procedures for your own area of responsibi
- lity.Assist with processing of departmental paperwork as requ
