The Team and Opportunity

Our Growth team is on the lookout for a dynamic Product Manager who is passionate about travel, data-driven storytelling, and crafting unforgettable customer experiences. If you're excited by the idea of turning incredible travel deals into real customer journeys, this is your chance to make an impact. You’ll work hand-in-hand with a talented mix of supplier partners, commercial strategists, marketers, and product/tech teams to build and continuously optimise experiences that excite and convert. In this role you'll:

• Build and grow strong supplier relationships to source standout hotel rates, add-ons, and package inclusions
• Curate compelling travel packages that align with customer demand, trends, and seasonal opportunities
• Ensure accurate setup and ongoing maintenance of packages in internal systems—covering pricing, availability, and content
• Work closely with the marketing team to support timely and successful go-to-market launches
• Use data and insights to analyse package performance, customer behaviour, and booking patterns, driving continuous optimisation
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance packaging tools, systems, and workflows
• Keep package documentation up to date for transparency, tracking, and quality assurance

What we love to see:

• Experience in product coordination, travel packaging, or commercial support—ideally within the travel industry but not a must
• Familiarity with hotel distribution systems, third-party inventory platforms, or other travel-related technologies
• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple product lines simultaneously
• A commercially minded approach—balancing great customer experiences with business goals
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment
• Confident using spreadsheets, CMS tools, and internal systems for data entry, updates, and quality checks
