As we prepare to launch our 2.0 product, we're looking for a talented Senior Frontend Developer to join our founding team.

You’re a Frontend Engineer with a refined taste in UI, exceptional coding skills, and zero desire for handholding. You love owning your work from idea to deployment, thrive on autonomy, and naturally create sleek, performant frontends from clear designs.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Build new interfaces from Figma designs with pixel-perfect accuracy and optimal performance
• Develop and maintain scalable, reusable React components using Material UI, Next.js and TypeScript
• Architect frontend solutions that handle complex data visualizations and mapping features
• Optimize application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and caching strategies
• Work with GraphQL APIs to efficiently fetch and manage application data
• Write comprehensive end-to-end tests using Playwright to ensure application reliability
• Partner directly with the CTO and founding engineer on product roadmap and technical decisions

Required Qualifications ✅

Core Requirements

• 4+ years of professional front-end engineering experience with a proven track record of building production applications
• Expert-level proficiency in Next.js, React, Material UI, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Extensive experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js optimization techniques
• Strong experience with GraphQL for API integration and state management
• Eye for design detail (no sloppy interfaces).

Professional Skills

• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and responsive design principles
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to Have 🌟

• Experience with PostGIS and geospatial data
• Background in real estate or proptech industries
• Experience with LLM integrations in frontend applications
• Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
