Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Business Analyst to help us bridge the gap between business needs and Salesforce-powered solutions within the pharma industry.

This role will focus on leveraging digital assistant and AI technologies to streamline operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements tailored to the pharma industry
Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for improvement using Salesforce capabilities
Create innovative AI-driven solutions, including AgentForce integration, NLP bots, and chatbot automation
Optimize Salesforce Core Clouds functionalities to address business objectives and challenges
Deliver guidance on connecting Salesforce with third-party systems via APIs, ensuring seamless integration
Ensure digital solutions comply with regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR
Support cross-functional teams by aligning Salesforce functionalities with broader organizational goals
Actively participate in testing phases to validate solutions meet requirements and function effectively
Advise on workflow automation using tools like Process Builder and Flow to improve efficiency
Provide reports and documentation to track progress and solution effectiveness

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of working experience in business analysis or related roles
Proficiency in Salesforce platform with strong knowledge of Core Clouds or AgentForce, Chat Bots
Background in AI-driven solutions with familiarity in technologies like NLP bots or digital assistant integrations
Pharma industry knowledge and understanding of its operational context
Familiarity with regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR
Capability to connect Salesforce with external systems using APIs and automate workflows effectively
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities
Demonstrated ability to propose solutions for complex business challenges
Competency in promoting collaboration across functional teams
English language proficiency at B2+ level
