Weekly working hours: 25 hours
On a limited contract, you will lead and manage projects with full budget responsibility in high-frequency and optical communication, represent AT&S in all project-related matters, safeguard intellectual property, and stay at the forefront of technological advancements as well as cutting-edge manufacturing technologies.

Project Manager R&D (f/m/d)
Weekly working hours: 25 hours
On a limited contract, you will lead and manage projects with full budget responsibility in high-frequency and optical communication, represent AT&S in all project-related matters, safeguard intellectual property, and stay at the forefront of technological advancements as well as cutting-edge manufacturing technologies.
Your Responsibilities
- Leading Project(s) and project teams, assure execution of the Work Packages according to plans, and within allocated Budgets to reduce development risk for AT&S.
- Representation of AT&S vis-à-vis internal and external parties in all project related aspects (customers, suppliers, partners, Business Units, funding agencies etc.)
- Protection of IP out of above mentioned development projects.
- Keeping an overview on all technological developments in and outside of AT&S in the greater area of the project and the main area of expertise.
- Graduate degree in physics, chemistry, mechatronics or electronics- , telecommunication- , or medical engineering or equivalent professional career and relevant job experience
- Decent Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: PCB, IC-substrate and Semiconductor Packaging technologies, Semiconductors and related markets
- Good knowledge in PCB manufacturing and processes
- Minimum 3 years as a project manager in Development or Manufacturing of technology, or an expert in electronics Industry
- Ability to think customer-first and demonstrate entrepreneurial initiative
- Open-minded, communicative, and capable of thinking outside the box, with a willingness to cooperate and lead
- Willingness to travel abroad and continuously learn and evolve
- Fluent in English, with excellent moderation, presentation skills
