A prestigious global consultancy located in Brussels seeking a Program Manager for a significant engagement.

Job Description:

• Lead the tracks related to the Productization part of the program
• Report to higher management on a regular basis
• Align with the different stakeholders within the organisation in order to assure horizontal buy-in throughout the full organisation
• Drive and lead the different tracks within your scope in the correct direction so that the expected values are delivered in due time
• Assure the transformations within each of the teams are taking place by taking into account the needed change management
• Assure progress Monitoring & Reporting: 'Define success metrics, monitor outcomes, and provide regular updates to executive sponsors and governance boards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager
• Extensive experience in IT, including software development and program delivery
• At least 7 years as an Agile/SAFe transformation coach in software development companies
• Master’s degree in a relevant IT field
• Strong track record in change management, cross-team alignment, and executive stakeholder engagement
• Language(s): Dutch (active), French (active), English (active)
