We are currently seeking a technically oriented

Product Manager, Tracked System

to join our Product Management organization in Hämeenlinna and work with our new tracked system products. This is an exciting opportunity join our team to harden our product deliverability in strongly growing business environment. As a Product Manager, Tracked System you are responsible for:

• Product strategy and road maps, planning and execution of product management actions
• Product requirements and product development decisions
• Managing productization and definition of products modular structure
• Participating in key milestones in our product development and delivery projects
• Product quality targets and product compliance management
• Concepting of life-cycle services and supporting delivery projects
• Prioritizing customer needs and stakeholder requirements
  
  

Required competencies for success:

• Technical or military degree with relevant experience of working in the defence industry and delivery processes.
• Capacity to manage and lead.
• Understanding the principles of product management and delivery process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Finnish. Other language proficiencies are an advantage.
• Willingness for occasional travels internationally.
• Knowledge of Patria’s product is a strong advantage.
