You are currently studying at a university, polytechnic or equivalent institution in the field of information or telecommunication technology. Through your studies you’ve gained a solid understanding of software development fundamentals and are eager to expand your skills further.

In this role you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks that support our development work. You are proactive, curious and ready to contribute both independently and as part of a team. You enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues and thrive in a multicultural environment where strong English communication skills are essential.

We are currently looking for tech-minded student to join our Espoo site Entity Functional Specification R&D team as Working Student Trainee. You are a student in a university, polytechnic or an equivalent institution in information/telecommunication technology areas This is a great opportunity to put your theoretical knowledge into the practice in our research and development projects.

As result of studies you already have a solid understanding of the basics of software development. You are curious to learn more and you are excited doing a variety of different kinds of tasks as part of your job. You are always ready to share your knowledge and skills among the people you work with. You are a team worker but also efficient on independent tasks, and your English language skills allow you to communicate efficiently in our multicultural environment.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Work with R&D teams across Nokia
• Develop 5G Cloud BTS product as a part of a software requirements specification R&D team
  
  

Key Skills And Experience

• ML/AI
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, DevOps, continuous integration, continuous delivery, requirements engineering
• You possibly have studied 4G/5G, big data, cloudification, databases or security
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
