Espoo, Finland (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

We’re working with a global leader in next-generation connectivity who is looking for an Engineering Program Manager to coordinate and drive complex telecom projects across multiple teams. Based in Espoo, Finland, this role offers the opportunity to shape and accelerate engineering delivery across RAN, Core Networks, and integrated cross-functional programs in one of the most innovative environments in the sector.

Your Mission

You’ll oversee high-impact engineering programs from start to finish — aligning internal teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless communication and project flow. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive telecom project delivery across engineering and operations, from planning through to completion

• Act as the key liaison between technical teams and external partners, managing expectations and updates

• Host meetings, lead retrospectives, and address cross-functional project queries

• Escalate issues efficiently and clarify engineering priorities

• Define project goals, milestones, and success metrics aligned with business objectives

• Manage timelines, OKRs, and deliverables across engineering programs

• Continuously improve processes through post-project evaluations and stakeholder feedback

Your Background

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or similar technical field

• 5+ years of experience leading engineering or technical programs in telecom/wireless

• Hands-on familiarity with Core Networks, RAN, and other telecom technologies

• Experienced in agile, scrum, and waterfall delivery environments

• Skilled in JIRA and other program management tools

• Strong external stakeholder communication (vendors, operators, clients)

• Able to adapt quickly in high-velocity environments and keep teams aligned
