Shopify Plus Technical Leader

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Shopify Plus Technical Leader with a strong consulting background. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in the Shopify Plus platform and the ability to guide and influence client decisions through strategic consulting.

This role requires technical leadership, client-facing consulting skills and a deep understanding of the Shopify Plus ecosystem. You'll have the chance to work with leading brands and drive impactful e-commerce transformations globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical aspects of Shopify Plus implementations, including architecture design, custom development, integrations and performance optimization
• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, provide strategic advice and develop tailored e-commerce solutions on the Shopify Plus platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, robust and innovative Shopify Plus solutions that meet client requirements and industry best practices
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to clients, delivering workshops, training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the Shopify Plus platform
  
  
  

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Shopify Plus development, including Liquid programming, custom app development and API integrations
• Strong consulting background with proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver strategic solutions
• Deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, UX/UI, performance optimization and multi-channel integration
• Excellent problem-solving skills to think critically about client needs and how best to address them with Shopify Plus
• Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Showcase of leading technical teams and managing large-scale e-commerce projects
