An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced .NET Technical Lead to join an established global Software business. As a Team Lead you will get the chance to lead two scrum teams of experienced .NET Engineers and guide them through a challenging technical roadmap. There are several modernisation projects happening at the moment, such as breaking down a monolith into microservices, and modernising their UI to the latest version of React.

This position would be an ideal fit for someone who has strong .NET Coding skills as a Software Engineer alongside proven experience of leading technical teams. The longer-term progression for this role would be towards Engineering Management. This organisation promoted work to life flexibility. You will get to work fully remote within Ireland, and you can work from anywhere for up to 3 months a year!

Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience leading technical teams
• 7+ years of .NET Development experience

Salary/Remuneration Package:

€90,000 - €100,000 + Bonus, Health Insurance, Stock options, Unlimited AL.
