Are you a commercially savvy Product Manager ready to make a real impact? A market-leading B2B and e-commerce brand in the bathroom products space is looking for a strategic thinker to join their team in a newly created Product Manager role.

As part of the Commercial and Estimating function, you’ll play a key role in shaping product strategy, supporting new product launches, and driving category performance. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, collaboration, and a clear path for progression.

The Role:

• Become a product expert across a full range of showering products.
• Track competitor activity to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) from concept through to go-to-market planning.
• Own bespoke OEM and tender proposals, liaising with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct pricing analysis, breakeven assessments, and commercial forecasting.
• Manage product portfolios, category strategies, and lifecycle planning.
• Gather and interpret customer insights from trade visits and market feedback.
• Maintain accurate product and pricing files, including bespoke configurations.
• Represent the brand at trade events and customer meetings across the UK and Ireland.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in product or category management, ideally in a B2B or trade product environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of pricing, margin management, and trading agreements.
• Excellent analytical skills – confident using Excel for data and pricing analysis.
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Experience with new product research, development, and lifecycle planning.
• Ideally, you’ll have worked with PIM systems and have a background in bathroom, construction, or consumer durables – but this isn’t essential.
