We’re looking for a strong marketing project manager with a focus on lead generation to execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns, manage cross-functional initiatives, and deliver measurable growth. You’ll work closely with the founders and external partners to manage marketing activities across channels, improve customer engagement, and drive performance.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, develop, and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns and other marketing activities
• Coordinate digital marketing projects and campaigns in collaboration with agencies and partners
• Manage e-commerce platform content, making necessary updates within marketing projects to achieve outstanding results
• Foster long-term collaboration with influencers, ensuring top-level support and communication
• Manage customer orders and communication across multiple channels, delivering fast and superior customer experience
• Analyze performance data and provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, boost revenue, and enhance customer loyalty

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing projects and/or e-commerce development
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and campaign creation
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives from concept to execution
• Ability and desire to deeply understand customer needs and create outstanding customer experience
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in Latvian and English
