As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an HR Specialist to join our HR Admin team and help us maintain a positive and supportive culture.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee daily HR operations and maintain accurate employee documentation to ensure legal compliance and smooth processes;
• Manage HR systems and employee records for both new and current employees, including contracts, employment changes, and terminations;
• Administer and track employee data such as business trips, vacations, sick leave, etc.;
• Be a go-to person for employees, supporting them with day-to-day questions and HR related matters;
• Coordinate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, conduct exit interviews and track feedback for continuous improvement;
• Helping people grow and creating a positive, supportive workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role;
• Great knowledge of Lithuanian labour law;
• Fluency in both English and Lithuanian (written and spoken);
• Strong time management and prioritization skills;
• Strong eye for detail and accuracy;
• Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and supportive, with a positive attitude.

Compensation

• The salary range for this position is €2500 – €3000 gross per month, depending on your experience.
