Engineering Project Manager (EN/ FR or GE)

The Position

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Resident Engineer / Project Engineer to join our teams and support major infrastructure projects involving heavy machinery on-site in Luxembourg.

As a Resident / Project Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the primary on-site technical expert for heavy machinery and infrastructure systems
• Reviewing construction and installation processes to ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards
• Leading project planning, scheduling, and coordination between stakeholders
• Ensuring integration of civil, mechanical, and structural components
• Preparing documentation, reports, and risk mitigation plans
• Guiding and mentoring junior engineers or technicians

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the heavy machinery and/or infrastructure sectors
• Proven skills in project coordination, site supervision, and stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of safety regulations and EU/ISO engineering standards
• Fluent in English; French and/or German are a strong asset
• Proficient in project planning and CAD tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD)
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
