Junior Data Scientist (Hybrid)

InnoWave is seeking a Data Scientist to contribute to the design and implementation of AI solutions powered by large language models and cloud-based AI services. You will collaborate closely with enterprise clients to build intelligent systems using Generative AI, cloud platforms, and advanced analytics.

Junior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions leveraging Generative AI services (e.g., LLM APIs) to solve business challenges
• Work with platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, and open-source model hubs
• Develop prompt engineering strategies, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines, and custom LLM integrations
• Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions
• Process and prepare structured and unstructured data for AI model integration
• Support the full AI solution lifecycle: from experimentation and evaluation to deployment and monitoring
• Stay updated on best practices in LLM usage, semantic search, embeddings, and hallucination mitigation
• Design and implement AI agents using agentic frameworks to support dynamic multi-step workflows and automation
  
  
  

Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Statistics, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI services and LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral)
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDKs
• Experience with cloud AI tools (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Knowledge of vector databases and embedding-based retrieval
• Experience with containerization and deployment using Docker
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and REST API integration for model deployment
• Excellent capacity to work autonomously or integrated in a team
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)
