Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented AI Specialist to design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art artificial intelligence solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our SaaS products and customer experiences through innovative AI implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and manage AI-driven solutions leveraging Azure Cognitive Services (Azure OpenAI Service).
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing SaaS platforms.
• Ensure secure and efficient integration of AI tools via RESTful APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Monitor and optimize AI system performance using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and GDPR standards.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for AI systems, processes, and best practices.

Technical Capabilities Required:

• Hands-on experience with Azure Cognitive Services and Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Node.js, or C#/.NET.
• Experience with cloud integration services (REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
• Familiarity with Azure storage solutions (PostgreSQL).
• Strong knowledge of security and compliance practices (Azure AD, Key Vault, RBAC).
• Experience with CI/CD practices (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Prior experience in SaaS environments preferred.
