Job Description

Your Mission 💡

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager who thrives on solving complex user problems.

You will lead decisions for the implementation and approach of re-engineering both homegate.ch and immoscout24.ch platforms, and you will regularly communicate the roadmap, performance and upcoming plans to stakeholders. You drive initiatives with a strong focus on the business impact and develop innovative product solutions that solve customer problems while meeting our business goals.

Qualifications

What will you bring to the ride? 🚀

• Motivation to make a difference, working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment for a pioneering tech company
• 3-5 years of prior experience as a Product Manager and knows how to prioritise, and can also discuss technical details
• Validating your assumptions through research activities and making decisions with data
• Know how to enable your team to achieve outstanding results, while creating a fair and fun environment to work in. Driving product strategies and long-term vision to build best-in-class digital products for our business customers
• Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or Lean Product Development
• Honesty, empathy and a sense of humour are a big part of your personality
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Business or Computer Science or a similar field
• Having an entrepreneurial mindset helps you to innovate, iterate and experiment with new ideas
• You speak English fluently (German is preferred)

• Experience in the real estate industry
• Experience in an internet company or digital marketplaces
• Proficiency in French or Italian, or German
