Regional Security Director

Description

We are looking for a Regional Security Director to join our team.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Direct security strategy for the LATAM region and oversee the Regional Security Advisors for the region.
• Develop and manage the annual operating plan for the region.
• Act as an advisor to senior business leaders & ensure that security operations in the region conform with established procedures.
• Understands current and projected regional physical security upgrade projects.
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with security vendors within the region
  
  

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CFE.
• Multilingual capabilities (English, Spanish & Portuguese)
• Familiarity with advanced security technologies and tools.
• Experience working in a global corporate environment.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing security strategies across multiple regions.
• Strong knowledge of regional risks, crisis management, and business continuity planning.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a commitment to valuing diverse perspectives.
• Experience managing budgets and overseeing physical security systems projects.
