Your scope of work

• You manage the full lifecycle of space projects, from initiation to successful delivery
• You lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments
• You take responsibility for the management of requirements, including gathering, defining, and tracking project requirements in collaboration with the customer to ensure they are clearly understood and met
• You overlook project planning, scheduling and budget control to meet deadlines as well as financial targets
• You act as the primary point of contact for your customers, providing support from order entry to final delivery
• You handle customer claims and drive the implementation of technical as well as commercial change requests
• You collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering and production, to support proposal preparation as well as project execution
• You ensure effective communication with all relevant stakeholders and address any upcoming challenges proactively

Your profile

• Completed technical or business degree, ideally in engineering, aerospace or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in project management
• Professional experience in the space or military field and with Dev(Sec)Ops structures
• A structured, reliable and independent work style, paired with strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to enforce decisions, manage complexity and maintain a clear overview of project objectives
• Strong communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with stakeholders
• EU and/or CH work permit and no entries in public registers (due to security screening)
• Business fluent in English (written and spoken) with German skills
• A military career as senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
