Connect Ecosystem is a suite of products that enables Visma companies to efficiently offer their services as part of Europe’s largest cloud ecosystem. It provides Single Sign-On capabilities, a developer portal, an app store, and a low-code/no-code automation tool — all designed to simplify integration between Visma, third-party providers, and end customers.

As a Full-stack .Net Developer, You’ll Focus On

Visma Connect IdP – our centralized identity provider, securing access for over 13 million users across 1800+ Visma apps and 5000+ third-party applications, using standards like OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and SAML 2.0.
Visma Flows – our visual workflow builder (currently in MVP), which empowers users to automate business processes without writing code.

You'll play a key role in building secure, scalable, and user-friendly tools at the heart of the Visma Ecosystem.

Tech Stack

Backend: .NET 8/9, ASP.NET Core, Lambda Functions
Frontend: Angular, Vue, Razor Views, jQuery, Lit web components with TypeScript
Databases: MySQL 8 (including Stored Procedures), DynamoDB
Infrastructure & Cloud: Terraform, AWS EC2, AWS ECS, AWS API Gateway, AWS Step Functions, SQS, S3, AWS SES, SendGrid, Mailjet
Scripting & Automation: Powershell, Bash, Python (mostly for scripting and AWS Lambda functions)
Containers & Web Servers: Docker, nginx, Kestrel
CI/CD & Monitoring: TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, AWS Developer Tools, CloudWatch

We’re a team of 24 professionals working across several products in the Visma Connect Ecosystem, with expertise in development, architecture, testing, infrastructure, and product management. Most of us are based in Timișoara and Sibiu, with a few colleagues in Oslo and Finland.

We collaborate closely and enjoy the occasional in-person meetup to strengthen team connection and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a .NET (C#) backend developer
Frontend development experience using modern frameworks such as Angular, Vue, or Lit
Proficiency in concurrency and multithreading (Task Parallel Library)
Strong understanding of OAuth2 authentication
Proven experience with MySQL Stored Procedures
Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a security mindset
Excellent English communication skills

Nice To Have

Proficiency in OpenID Connect, SAML2, and directory services
Scripting skills in Powershell and Bash; familiarity with Linux

What You’ll Be Doing

Developing backend services with .NET 8/9 in a microservices setup
Deploying apps in Docker containers and AWS Lambda
Hands on experience using Vue, Angular, Lit, Razor
Managing infrastructure with Terraform
Working with MySQL (Stored Procedures) and DynamoDB
Writing deployment scripts in Bash, Powershell, Python
Using CI/CD tools like TeamCity, OctopusDeploy, AWS CodePipeline
Monitoring with AWS CloudWatch
