AI Engineer

 Requirements

•  Strong understanding of Generative AI, RAG systems, and model fine-tuning 
• Expert knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques 
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGPT) 
• Proficiency in Python with AI frameworks (PyTorch, Transformers, Hugging Face) 
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude) and local model deployment 
• Knowledge of vector databases, embedding systems, and semantic search 
• Experience with model serving, deployment, monitoring, and cost optimization 
• Strong software engineering skills with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms 

 Responsibilities

•  Building AI agent systems with reasoning and autonomous tool-use capabilities 
• Implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for knowledge-enhanced applications 
• Fine-tuning and deploying large language models for production use 
• Creating conversational AI interfaces and intelligent chatbot systems 
• Integrating AI agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise business systems 
• Optimizing LLM performance, response quality, and operational costs 
• Git for version control and collaborative AI development projects 

 Extra skills

•  Multi-agent system design and agent orchestration frameworks 
• LLM fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF) 
• Real-time streaming systems and WebSocket implementations 
• Enterprise AI deployment, security, and compliance considerations 
• Data Engineering Skills (ETL processes, data pipelines, SQL, and data storage solutions) 
• Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, or Cassandra) 
• Experience with Computer Vision and Reinforcement Learning 
• Cloud-based Machine Learning services and MLOps workflows
