About The Role

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of our flagship product, ensuring it evolves in line with changing customer needs, business priorities, and industry trends.

You’ll be a part of a cross-functional product team, collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to discover and solve meaningful problems in ways that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible. But also deliver solutions that create real value. This is not just a feature request fulfillment role, your mission is to help us solve the right problems, in the right ways, through modern product practices.

Some of the main tasks:

• Gain deep understanding of our users through qualitative and quantitative research
• Drive continuous product discovery with your product trio to validate problems and solutions before committing to build
• Collaborate with the CPTO to align vision, priorities, and delivery efforts
• Communicate progress effectively across teams and stakeholders
• Partner with commercial teams on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and sales enablement
  
  

This is a role that blends strategic thinking and hands-on execution, by driving business challenges and breaking them down into technical solutions.

About You

To succeed in this role, you're a product leader with a passion for building products and with a strong track record in driving customer-centric solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments, believe in empowered teams, and have a strong drive to influence both what we build and how we build it.

We believe you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS company
• Proven ability to collaborate in a product trio (PM, engineers, designers) to run discovery, test assumptions, and deliver valuable product outcomes
• Hands-on experience with discovery methods such as user interviews, prototype testing, and market analysis
• Comfort with product analytics to drive prioritization and assess impact
• Excellent communication skills, able to align and engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A desire to help drive our transition toward modern product development, contributing to both product success and organizational maturity
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in the finance or insurance industry is nice to have

Good to know

Our office is located at Körsbärsvägen 5 in Stockholm, near KTH. We have a flexible model where you can work from home but most work from the office 3-4 days a week.
