Assignment Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Cyber Security Portfolio & Program Manager on behalf of our client in Stockholm. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping and driving the cybersecurity portfolio, enhancing the delivery of services, and building a comprehensive, standardized offering across tools, applications, and service delivery.

The successful candidate will work closely with the existing Cyber Security organization to identify improvement areas and implement effective change, delivering strategic impact across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cybersecurity portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and enhance cybersecurity services across multiple platforms and environments.
• Identify gaps in existing security capabilities and implement structured improvements.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and effectively translate technical concepts into business language.
• Oversee risk management, strategy execution, financial tracking, and resource allocation.
• Drive organizational agility and lead change initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity-related roles.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity threats and challenges in multi-cloud environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards such as ISO27001 and NIST.
• Demonstrated experience in building trust with senior leadership and managing stakeholder engagement.
• Proven success in leading cultural and operational change within cybersecurity teams.
• Strong grasp of portfolio management tools, metrics, and reporting techniques.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate performance insights using data visualization tools.
