Global Electrolux Talent Program (GET)

The Global Electrolux Talent Program is a proactive initiative that brings together young talent across various functions and global offices of Electrolux. The program offers hands-on, international experience in a multicultural environment, with the goal of securing long-term employment within the company upon successful completion of the internship.

Finance Organization – Center of Excellence (CoE)

Within the Finance organization, the Financial Reporting & Analysis (FR&A) Center of Excellence plays a critical role in providing business intelligence, performance reporting, and strategic insights to key stakeholders across the business. We are now looking for a Business Analyst to join the FR&A team – someone who combines analytical strength, communication skills, and a continuous improvement mindset to help drive value in a fast-paced and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely and accurate management reporting on key financial metrics (e.g., P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), with a focus on Sales and Marketing performance.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to support decision-making and business continuity, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams across region, ensuring alignment and strong communication on business performance.
  • Support and contribute to improvement initiatives in reporting processes and tools
  • Present financial insights in a clear and impactful way to stakeholders, including senior finance leaders.

Job Profile

We’re looking for a self-driven and analytical individual with a strong interest in financial reporting and data analysis. Preferably with 2 years of experience in this area. You have a structured mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. You enjoy working with data and continuously look for smarter, more efficient ways to do things.
