Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in product design. Hands-on experience with user research methodologies.
- Customer-Oriented: Strong skills in both visual and interaction design. Curiosity, ownership, and a passion for user-centered design.
- Tech Enthusiast: Proficiency in tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, or similar.
- Communication Expert: Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Job Description:
- Craft seamless, user-first experiences across platforms
- Design intuitive flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and technical teams from ideation to launch
- Plan and conduct usability tests, user interviews, and gather actionable insights
- Ensure visual and functional consistency while pushing creative boundaries
- Contribute to product discovery and help align user needs with business goals
