We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Dąbrowa Poznan, Poland. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and the TOPPAN TEQ facility, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and supporting the overall HR strategy. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR best practices.

- Ensure that all HR practices comply with current Polish labor laws and regulations
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
- Prepare and issue Employment, and other contracts and other necessary documentation for new hires and current employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, personal files, and other relevant documents
- Preparing data and participating in internal and external audits
- Support in payroll preparation by collecting and providing relevant data related to time and attendance, changes in the contract conditions, creative work, overtime etc.
- Coordinate payroll with external payroll provider, ensuring that benefits and settlements with employees are calculated correctly. Collaborate and resolve any HR and payroll-related queries or discrepancies in the cooperation with the payroll provider.
- Support the review of the local benefits, manage contracts locally, observe market changes.
- Cover all basic labour law aspects and maintain the required employee documentation.
- Support promotion cycles and salary review.
- Support the development and implementation of HR Global and Local policies and procedures
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters
- Guide and support management and employees on labor law issues
- Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional projects
- Stay updated with changes in labor law and implement necessary updates in HR policies and procedures
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, and changes in the HR-related legal environment, and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee information and handle employee data in compliance with GDPR
- Upholding and enforcing company policies
- Promote a positive work environment and culture within the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, social security, PPK
- Fluent Business English
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and meticulousness
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and follow through as well as team-work
