Project Manager

What part will you play?

Direct all phases of projects from inception through completion.
Manage the cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of the assigned project(s).
Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.
Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Lead and drive multi-disciplinary and cross functional teams, including engineering, operations, vendor management, logistics and services to ensure successful project execution.
Provide regular updates to team and management on work performed, plans, budget, and overall status.
Identify project problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
Proactive Risk identification and Mitigation.
Manage customer expectations across project cycle and lead single and multi-product medium voltage solutions projects.
Direct diagnostics with the ability to determine root cause and corrective actions.
Being responsible for health, safety, and environment (HSE), financial results, progress, and quality in project deliveries to our customers, whilst actively using project management tools to achieve project goals
Continuous improvement, shaping the future of project management according to PM@SIEMENS guideline.
Experience in identifying and implementing cost savings measures within project
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present complex issues to multi-level audiences and effectively communicate progress, status and issues to internal and external Customers
Demonstrated ability in contract and change management.

What You Need To Make Real What Matters.

Bachelor’s Degree from an electric, electronic, mechanical engineering or equivalent
5 to 7+ years of experience in the power distribution industry managing medium voltage portfolios.
5 to 7 + years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office and specifically Microsoft Project
Working with multi-disciplinary teams, including management, services, engineering, operations, and logistics
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Ability to travel (domestic and international)
Siemens PM or SPM certificate or PMP/IPMA certification is required
