Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize critical backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, designed for high-throughput and low-latency environments.
• Implement complex business logic for real-time, transactional systems where data integrity and security are paramount.
• Write secure, efficient, and maintainable code that can withstand significant concurrent traffic.
• Collaborate with the Software Architect to implement robust architectural patterns for distributed and highly available systems.
• Design and build clean, high-performance APIs for both internal and external consumption.
• Author comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and resilience of our mission-critical services.

Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience in backend development, specifically with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building or maintaining high-throughput, low-latency systems (e.g., in FinTech, real-time bidding, or large-scale platforms).
• Deep understanding of concurrent processing, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization in Node.js.
• Experience with secure coding practices, including data encryption and protection against common vulnerabilities.
• Proficiency with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., Redis, MongoDB) databases in a performance-critical context.
• A strong architectural mindset with experience implementing microservices and event-driven patterns.
