What You’ll Do:
As the Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting EDI & Wellbeing Manager and collaborating across teams to promote an inclusive and supportive work environment. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about Equality, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI), and wellbeing, eager to make a real difference within our organisation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist with delivering the EDI & Wellbeing strategy by working with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and engaging with internal stakeholders.
- Partner with communications teams to create inspiring content that promotes our EDI and wellbeing culture.
- Connect with external networks to benchmark best practices and exchange ideas on EDI initiatives.
- Contribute to the review and update of EDI and wellbeing policies, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Keep the corporate intranet updated with relevant and engaging EDI & Wellbeing information.
- Coordinate the EDI & Wellbeing events calendar, ensuring activities are well-planned and impactful.
- Oversee budget tracking, including processing payments, raising purchase orders, and managing spend.
- Manage event registrations on the Learning Management System (LMS) and respond to employee inquiries.
- Monitor the EDI & Wellbeing mailbox, addressing employee queries and feedback.
About You:
- At least two years’ experience in EDI, wellbeing, or related roles, with a focus on positive workplace culture.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with an eye for detail and results orientation.
- Proficiency in digital communication platforms such as MS Teams, Canva, SurveyMonkey, and basic video editing.
