The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, benefits administration, and company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

  • Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll in Paylocity for a workforce of 100 employees, ensuring accuracy for all time entries, deductions, and applicable taxes.
  • Verify and reconcile payroll reports, identifying and correcting discrepancies promptly.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, such as paycheck details, deductions, and time off accrual balances.

Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, FSA/HSA accounts, and other perks.
  • Assist in open enrollment processes, educating employees about eligible benefits and ensuring timely enrollments.
  • Partner with vendors and insurance providers to troubleshoot benefit-related issues and respond to employee inquiries effectively.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and communication with employees.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance review process, including data collection and analysis.
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure timely completion of performance evaluations.
  • Assist in identifying training and development opportunities for employees.

Compliance:

  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and update as needed.

HR Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on HR-related activities.



Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources
  • 2+ years of experience processing full cycle payroll for 100-200 employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
