Assistant Project Manager (Owner's Representative)
We are currently partnered with a leading development company who are currently recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager to join their team based in Dallas, TX. As the Project Manager you will be supporting the Vice President for multifamily projects being delivered in Dallas.
Responsibilities
- Manage all general contractors and partners providing all program management services and ensure such services are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the quality standards.
- Attend meetings, document control, and general project administration to ensure delivery of the project.
- Support governmental agencies, permitting authorities, and other local stakeholders regarding entitlements, permits, and other matters
- Attend regular site meetings to monitor progress and address any issues or risks.
- Review and develop comprehensive construction schedules and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Support leadership ensuring that project management best practices are followed.
Qualifications
- Construction related degree or equivalent : Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Manager etc.
- Our client will consider candidates currently in Project Manager roles or an Assistant looking to make the step up.
- 3+ years experience in project management in connection with large-scale, complex projects in the real estate sector.
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented.
Salary
- Base Salary $100,000 - $130,000
