Job Title: Site Manager

Salary: €80K - 90K Base + Vehicle + Pension

Reports To: Contracts Manager

Role Overview:

The Site Manager will oversee the daily operations on a high end low-density housing project in Westmeath. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.
• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Liaise with the Contracts Manager, site teams and design team to ensure seamless communication.
• Manage site records, progress reports, and day-to-day problem-solving.
• Monitor project costs and ensure resources are used efficiently.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager, ideally in residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
