Your Mission

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Sales Business Analyst to support our Sales team in day-to-day operations. This role requires strong analytical, administrative, and coordination skills to ensure smooth execution of tasks including data reporting, order processing, and cross-functional support. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in improving efficiency, ensuring accurate tracking, and supporting both wholesale and retail functions

Your Impact

• Prepare, update, and maintain reports for the Sales team.
• Create purchase orders (POs) and track invoices to ensure timely processing and follow-up
• Monitor payment processes and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage product listings and support the launch of new items and novelties.
• Process and reconcile orders, including tester orders for Distributors.
• Provide operational support for both wholesale and retail teams.
• Assist with social media-related tasks as needed.

Your Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, ideally within a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Your Skills

• Experience with purchase order systems, invoice tracking, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Basic understanding of financial processes, including payments and budgeting.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel features, Google Analytics).
• Previous experience in the retail or fashion industry.
