We are currently seeking a Client Facing Senior Project Manager to join our innovative FinTech client, where you will contribute significantly to global business growth. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various client projects within a dynamic and rapidly expanding environment. Your role will involve managing specific clients and overseeing all aspects of projects throughout the entire lifecycle of implementing their platform.

We are looking for a professional who can provide support and advisory services to the team, confidently present to groups, work autonomously and collaboratively.

Core Responsibilities:

• Drive client outcomes, platform adoption, and enhance the client experience.
• Independently manage and oversee large-scale client implementations, providing regular internal updates.
• Ensure structured and timely delivery of client activities within budget and meeting client needs.
• Engage with clients to understand their operating model and effectively communicate their business needs to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to facilitate the adoption of our platform, optimizing their operating model.
• Focus on achieving positive commercial outcomes on client engagements.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize synergies among projects.
• Assist in developing best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Manage and cultivate long-term business relationships with clients.
• Participate in on-site client workshops.
• Conduct project retrospectives and post-project reviews.
• Stay updated on the latest project management methodologies and best practices.

Experience:

• Client Facing Programme/Project Management within FinTech environment.
• Tier 1 Experience
• 10+ years of project management experience, demonstrating a proven track record of success in leading complex projects/SaaS
• PMP certification
• Delivered across the full SDLC
• Client Facing - strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results on time and within budget.
