Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the company roadmap
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to define and deliver high-quality features
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact
- Communicate product vision, progress, and timelines to stakeholders
- Continuously gather feedback and data to iterate and improve the product
- Coordinate with other product managers to manage cross-team dependencies
- 3-5 years of experience in a product management or product owner role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
- A user-centric mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes over output
- Ability to manage competing priorities and make data-informed decisions
- A proactive, self-starting attitude and a passion for building great products
