Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the implementation of Veeva Network as part of a global Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) transformation initiative. This role is instrumental in gathering and analyzing requirements, supporting documentation and testing activities, and serving as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to CMDM processes and Veeva Network capabilities.
• Collaborate with business units and technical teams to support process harmonization and integration of external/internal HCP/HCO data.
• Prepare and maintain user stories, functional specifications, data mapping sheets, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in defining data governance and stewardship processes for customer data.
• Support UAT activities including test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Document business process flows and ensure alignment with compliance and data quality requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of Customer Master Data and familiarity with Veeva Network or comparable CMDM systems.
• Understanding of HCP/HCO data standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., transparency, consent).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
