Responsabilidades
We exist to ensure that no one impersonates anyone else. We are experts in identity and face
identification technology, being part of the validation and onboarding processes of banks,
fintechs, e-commerces, insurers and many others companies. During 2021 our team grew more
than 400% and in 2022 we are already expanding our operation to the US, Canada and also the
UK. We face the challenge of consolidating ourselves as the best digital identity company in the
world. For that to happen, we are looking for people who are committed and capable to help us
achieve these results.

Responsabilidades
- Manter e evoluir automações no Jira (usando JMWE e outras extensões).
- Suportar usuários da empresa com dúvidas e demandas envolvendo Jira, Confluence e Jira Service Management.
- Garantir a saúde dos fluxos no Kanban, com foco em Lead Time, WIP e Throughput.
- Gerar e manter relatórios automatizados para stakeholders e times.
- Apoiar na criação e manutenção de documentos corporativos dentro do Confluence (ex: políticas de governança, templates, playbooks).
- Ajudar gestores na leitura e interpretação das métricas de fluxo
- Contribuir na evolução da governança de processos, trazendo sugestões de boas práticas e padronizações.
- Conhecimento básico em metodologias ágeis, principalmente Kanban.
- Boa comunicação.
- Conhecimento básico com Jira Software, Confluence e Jira Service Management.
- Conhecimento básico em automação no Jira (Jira Misc Workflow Extensions será um diferencial).
- Conhecimento básico em métricas de fluxo (Lead Time, WIP, Throughput).
- Familiaridade com criação e organização de documentos corporativos.
- Capacidade de gerar relatórios automatizados e dashboards.
- Noções ou experiência com IA Generativa.
- Conhecimento em ferramentas low-code/no-code, como N8n.
- Experiência com integrações entre sistemas usando APIs.
- Interesse em evolução contínua da governança ágil e ferramentas.
- Ambiente colaborativo e com forte cultura de aprendizagem.
