Your Role

As a Product Designer at PALO IT, you’ll bring clarity and creativity to the challenges we solve, playing a central role in crafting meaningful user experiences. You’ll be involved across the entire design process, influencing every step. This includes:

• Facilitating user research, from discovery to usability testing, and creating key UX artefacts like journey maps, service blueprints, and wireframes.
• Assisting in workshops with stakeholders, gathering feedback, guiding brainstorming, and fostering collaboration.
• Collaborating closely with engineers and other designers to craft seamless, end-to-end user experiences, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Designing scalable systems for websites, apps, and digital products, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
• Demonstrate a high attention to detail in creating polished user interface designs and visual assets that elevate the overall product quality.
• Championing best practices, contributing to our team culture, and promoting design thinking throughout the business.
• Leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance accuracy, and drive innovation.
  
  

Who You Are

We’re looking for a creative, collaborative designer who brings a mix of experience and passion to our team. You’ll have:

• 4+ years of design experience, with a portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX and visual design.
• A proven track record working on projects with complex stakeholder requirements.
• A well-rounded skill set—from running research activities to crafting high-fidelity, interactive designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and confidently.
• A positive attitude, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to change while staying focused on strategic goals.
• Proficiency in Figma (our go-to design tool)
