Known for their collaborative culture and innovative mindset, they are currently undergoing a major ERP and CRM transformation and are seeking a capable Project Manager to support delivery across multiple business units.

Your new role

In this role, you'll work closely with the Program Manager to coordinate delivery efforts across three departments. You'll lead a small team, manage testing activities, and ensure alignment between business requirements and project execution. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in structured, fast-paced environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Program Manager with planning and coordination
• Leading a team of 3-5 project team members
• Managing delivery timelines and testing activities
• Translating business needs into actionable project plans
• Facilitating communication across departments
• Supporting ERP integration (SAP experience desirable)

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong understanding of ERP-integrated systems (SAP finance knowledge a plus)
• Proven experience in project coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to manage competing priorities across departments
• Confident leading small teams and supporting delivery execution
• Available to start immediately
