About Our Client:

Our client, ZineOne (a subsidiary of Session AI), is is a fast-growing company based in Silicon Valley with a development center in Mumbai. They're pioneers in real-time personalization and in-session marketing, helping major eCommerce and digital brands turn micro-behaviors into conversions using cutting-edge analytics.

Following a successful Series C funding round, the team is expanding and looking for senior front-end engineers with JavaScript expertise to join their Solution Engineering team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for highly motivated solution engineers who have an ideal blend of technical chops and people skills. The goal is to build solutions that grow revenue for global brands and large enterprises. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in the digital marketing landscape to understand personalization of customer experiences, have the skills to develop solutions by writing code in JavaScript/HTML5, iOS or Android, and the curiosity to analyze test data and understand the value of those solutions.

Responsibilities:

As a solution engineer, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of customer

use cases on the ZineOne platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to:

• Write and debug clean, scalable JavaScript code
• Help our customers achieve maximum value from our products
• Facilitate excellent experience for our customers
• Communicate professionally in meetings, emails, standup calls, and JIRA
• Troubleshoot and analyze complex issues related to JavaScript tags, calls to APIs, event listeners, and methods in front-end app code
• Identify causes for variances in data collection, present recommendations on technical issues, and develop best practices
• Manage and prioritize workload to provide on-time completion of tasks
  
  
  

Requirements

• +3 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, front-end frameworks or experience in mobile frameworks (iOS / Android) or other coding languages
• Experience with digital marketing and tag management
• Familiarity with tools such as Chrome Debugger, Charles Proxy, Firebug, mobile debugging, various BI tools, databases, and SQL languages
• Experience in digital marketing and web analytics products such as Omniture / Adobe Analytics and GTM / Google Analytics
• Must be fluent in English
• Available to work during US EST hours
• Candidates can be based in any Latin American country
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
