Senior/Lead Java Developer (m/f/x)

Your role at Dynatrace

  • Work on the cutting-edge data ingestion pipelines OpenPipeline or enhance data storage and analytics capabilities within Grail.
  • Prototype, design, and implement low-level components in Java 21.
  • Optimize performance and ensure the reliability and resilience of the services in your domain
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with product architects and cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
  • Mentor and support colleagues, fostering an approachable and supportive environment.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of the software.
  • Join an international team and boost our productivity by enhancing delivery, collaboration, and communication.
  • Take ownership of your components and features as a team and fully utilize Dynatrace to monitor and optimize your features.

What Will Help You Succeed

  • Degree in Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend/core development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in managing and processing large-scale data sets will be highly advantageous.
  • Collaborative and motivational personality with a proactive approach.

Compensation Data

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 60,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
