We're looking for a Laravel / Golang Engineer to help develop and scale our internal and client-facing fintech platforms. You'll join a cross-functional team of product owners, engineers and designers to shape high-performance systems that drive financial innovation.

🛠️ Tech Stack
- Backend: Laravel (PHP 8+), Golang (planned)
- Database: MySQL, Redis
- API: GraphQL, gRPC (planned)
- Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub)
- Cloud: AWS
- Help migrate from a monolithic Laravel application to a Go-based micro services architecture
- Develop and maintain core backend services in Laravel and Golang
- Participate in system architecture and API design
- Work closely with product team to deliver robust solutions
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement
- 3+ years of experience in backend development (Laravel or Golang)
- At least Intermediate English (all communication and documentation is in English)
- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and system architecture
- Experience working with SQL databases and caching systems
- Familiarity with Docker and Linux-based environments
- Basic understanding of micro services and API integrations
- Self-driven with good communication skills
- Initial interview with HR and/or CTO — up to 30 minutes
- Technical interview with senior engineers — up to 2 hours
- Team match interview with CTO and CPO — up to 45 minutes
