Lead Engineer & System Engineer, Hydro

🔧 Lead Engineer, Hydro

You play a pivotal role in the technical success of hydropower projects. You’ll lead the design team and ensure the implementation meets all technical, commercial, and scheduling requirements.

Your responsibilities include:

• Overall technical planning and coordination of projects
• Understanding customer needs and translating them into technical solutions
• Supervising, prioritizing, and approving the work and documentation of the design team
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, standards, and regulations
• Identifying and managing technical risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Leading test processes such as FAT and SAT
• Collaborating with customers, contractors, project management, and internal departments

⚙️ System Engineer, Hydro

You will contribute to the electrical design of hydropower projects and ensure the solutions are both high-quality and cost-efficient. You’ll take part in both technical tasks and project coordination.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing technical solutions in collaboration with the Lead Engineer
• Preparing and maintaining project-specific documentation
• Supporting testing and commissioning activities
• Monitoring design progress and managing changes
• Working closely with the Lead Engineer and Project Manager to solve technical and scheduling challenges
• Ensuring smooth project execution in cooperation with internal teams, customers, and contractors
