About the Vertical Agents Team

Our Vertical Agents are tailored AI solutions built by Twin for high-demand use cases. For example, our Invoice Operator, used by over 500,000 small businesses via Qonto, streamlines invoice collection for bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify needs and define AI agent workflows.
• Work with engineers to prioritize and develop new features.
• Craft and refine AI prompts and function tool calls.
• Set up testing and evaluation environments to ensure agent reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve issues to improve agent accuracy.
• Test new agents and models for specific use cases.
• Collaborate with full-stack engineers on custom interfaces and tools.
• Provide clients with clear updates on agent performance and success.

Requirements

• Experience with large language models and AI agent workflows.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise clients.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Basic familiarity with Rust (nice to have!)
