A leading semiconductor IP developer is looking to expand its world-class engineering team with the addition of a Principal Verification Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to join our client’s development group, working on cutting-edge DDR memory controller IP used in high-performance markets such as AI, data centres, automotive, and hyperscale computing.

As a Principal Verification Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering robust and scalable verification environments, working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies. You’ll be joining a well-established and technically advanced team that operates in a highly collaborative and process-oriented environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the architecture and implementation of advanced UVM-based verification environments for memory and interface IPs.
• Developing reusable components including scoreboards, functional coverage models, and assertion-based verification.
• Managing verification plans and automated regressions to ensure timely delivery of high-quality IP.
• Collaborating with design engineers to diagnose and resolve complex issues in simulation and formal environments.
• Contributing to process improvements and driving verification efficiency through automation and tooling.
• Participating in technical reviews and aligning with quality standards such as ISO 9001.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
• Strong experience in ASIC or IP verification, ideally at the block or subsystem level.
• Proven hands-on experience with SystemVerilog, UVM, and metric-driven verification methodologies.
• Solid understanding of memory protocols (DDR preferred)
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment with strong communication and debugging skills.
• Experience with tools such as Jenkins, vManager, and simulators from major EDA vendors is a plus.
