About the Role

We’re hiring a Compliance Assurance Analyst on behalf of our client, a leading global financial services organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-impact team that plays a crucial role in safeguarding sensitive information, identifying security process gaps, and supporting enterprise-wide compliance initiatives.

As part of a global technology and compliance function, you’ll collaborate with multiple teams to address business process breakdowns, analyze incidents, and contribute to a more secure and resilient operational environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze incidents to identify gaps or failures in security and compliance processes
  • Develop detailed risk analysis reports and policy update memos
  • Prepare and issue notifications regarding business process deviations
  • Coordinate with managers and employees on resolution and tracking of compliance issues
  • Maintain up-to-date reporting dashboards and systems
  • Present findings and risks to leadership in clear, actionable terms
  • Create presentation materials and documentation for compliance-related topics

What You Bring

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices, controls, and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with business controls and associated operational processes
  • Experience working with tools such as EDR, antivirus, and data loss prevention (DLP)
  • Proven ability to analyze and structure complex data from multiple sources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years’ experience with ITIL frameworks in a corporate or enterprise environment
  • 4–6+ years of hands-on information security administration experience
  • Experience in incident management, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement
  • Project tracking and reporting tool proficiency
  • Relevant degree or equivalent work/military experience in IT, cybersecurity, or related field
