🔐 SailPoint Lead – Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA)

Our client are seeking an experienced SailPoint Lead to help shape the future of their Identity and Access Management strategy. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll drive the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale identity solutions and guide a team of talented engineers within a mission-critical cybersecurity division.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of SailPoint developers and engineers to deliver enterprise IAM solutions.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable identity solutions.
• Architect, design, and develop solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and related technologies.
• Participate in and oversee release planning, code reviews, QA testing, and deployment.
• Produce clear documentation and ensure solution alignment with best practices and security standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert, troubleshooting complex production issues across integrated systems.
• Communicate effectively across teams to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery expectations.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience within IAM/IGA, particularly with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Demonstrated success architecting and implementing large-scale IAM solutions.
• Proficiency in a core programming language (e.g., Java, Python).
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across business, dev, and security teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and champion best practices.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in Cybersecurity, ideally in a large-scale or regulated industry.
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
